Pros

Good PTO, some positions are allowed to work remotely.

Cons

This company is owned by private equity with a goal to grow and then sell the company. As such, there is no transparency, and there is no valuing of the employees. The place seems to be in constant transition and turmoil recently-managers leaving or getting fired, positions and departments restructured. Top heavy with highly paid executives they bring in from the outside, and never enough employees to do the actual work that gets the services for the patients. Mandatory overtime for hourly employees that goes on for months (especially prior to the Christmas holiday.) Anyone that is salaried is eating lunch at their desk while multitasking, and most work very long hours. I was amazed that the company kept some of their top health plan contracts with all of the poor service and patient complaints but I guess that speaks to the health care industry in general- it is all about the bottom line.

The only pro is the salary and the campus where the company is located.

Cons

Management is a joke. Coworkers are cruel. You're on your own.

Pros

Great work environment. Competitive pay.

Cons

Not very many opportunities for advancement. Managers tend to select and promote based on personality and likability, and many team leads and supervisors lack qualifications and/or experience for their positions. Additionally, more emphasis is placed quality over quantity. Its all about numbers, which translates into dollars. However, there is undue stress on employees to fix problems later.
