Life flexibility, close team, hours

No real opportunity to "grow", promises to advance position continuously broken. They never have a real plan for any of the new incoming business. They continuously "bite off" more than they can chew. Mass hire, then mass fire when they know one of their plans is pulling out. We work for a national chain of insurance reps and our cost for benefits for what we get is disgusting. They put people in upper management positions when these people know nothing about the company, the teams on the company or what each team does. Carecentrix likes to dangle carrots in front of your face forever and then pull them away as they watch you fall on their face. Their Mission statement and motto... " We do the right thing" is laughable. If you mean do the right thing and terminate a position after someone has been with the company for over 5 years learning every department's job and then not even attempt to move them into another department....

Pros

PTO. Can wear jeans to work. Pay is OK.

Cons

Don't even think about taking time away from your desk to use the bathroom without being question by your Supervisor. Offices are dirty and disgusting. Ant and roaches in the bathrooms. No life balance, The company will mandate training on your days off and if you do not show up for this training, you could possibly be written up and count against you. CCX is all about numbers and making sure you satisfy the customer, but not their employees.

Pros

I've been with CareCentrix for about a year now and I can honestly say that coming to this company was the smartest decision I've ever made. The senior leadership team is incredibly intelligent, competent, experienced, and most importantly, helpful. The culture here is very clear "we take our work seriously, but not ourselves." In my time here, I've seen nothing but the utmost professionalism and dedication to our work. Everyone at this company is fueled by the desire to improve the lives of patients - that is our reward. If you're looking to work in a challenging and exciting environment, where you can actually feel good about what you're doing, then CareCentrix is the place for you. I should also note that the entrepreneurial environment allows everyone and anyone who works here to have a voice that matters. No matter where you are on the totem pole, you will have folks who will listen to your needs and work with you to ensure that you're always receiving the support that you need to succeed.

Cons

As the company continues to quickly grow, there are the usual "growing pains," but nothing that affects my ability to perform and enjoy my job.
