      Pros

      There are a handful of good people. The PTO is the only major thing that is good about CareCentrix.

      Cons

      After leaving this company I have realized how much this company abuses certain employees as well as Supervisors allow other employees to do next to no work at all.

      Pros

      PTO is OK. They were hiring when I was looking for a job. Showed me what I DON'T want in an employer.

      Cons

      The environment is the most toxic I've experienced in my career. Everyone was miserable. It's the first time I've resigned from a job without questioning whether or not I was making the right decision by leaving. Leadership was a mess and frequent cause of the dysfunction.
