      Getting to help patients.. resolve issues and the relationships I have built with providers

      Cons

      Mid level management has no idea what goes on in each dept to get the patients taken of. They push numbers yet claim patient care is priority. 80% of the hourly staff at CCX has an enormous heart and will go to any level to get the patient taken care of while being micro managed by people who have no clue what's going on. Also.. the operating system is windows 98 with about 42 million bandaids applied to keep it some what functioning.
