      Pros

      The company does a great job at engaging team members through Voice of the Employee program. Many companies do not invest in employee engagement and I find this refreshing.

      Cons

      Some people are just very overworked and more work-life balance is needed.

      Pros

      Carecentrix is a great company to work for. This company does wonderful things for their employees. From supervisors to managers , directors , VP’s and CEO’s they go above and beyond for All employees. Great benefit packages and salaries!
