      Pros

      I really enjoy the people and I am inspired by our new CEO's energy and dedication. If I have to spend 40 hours a week away from my family I am glad I can spend it here working with a great team helping to improve our patient's lives. I also believe the senior management is listening and we have had much overdue improvements over the last year.

      a lot of change in a very short period of time.

      time off is great, work-life balance is good. option to work from home is nice

      Cons

      constant change, there seems to be a dis-direction happening at the moment. appears to be a lot of consolidation going on. Pay could be much better.

      Pros

      The pay is decent, though raises are pitiful. There are some very nice and highly skilled people at this company, but bad eggs in senior management are killing it.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Ridiculous amounts of hours required for salaried employees. Some obnoxious and highly incompetent people in key roles. Some senior management can be downright abusive and hostile. More and more work goes overseas. If you didn't come from Medco, then watch your back. Seems doomed, Google "david snow calpers" to learn more about our Medco takeover and who is on our board.
