      Pros

      CEO has a decent reputation but needs to get better senior leadership.

      Cons

      Incompetent Senior leadership. Operations leaders too far in the weeds because this is their "winning color" so they spend all their time here at the expense of strategic leadership. They over-hired and just let 25 people go. Fiscally irresponsible and completely unacceptable to not know your business well enough to hire appropriately. None of theses VP's were held accountable. Instead people were fired or moved to other roles...some after less than 3 months.

      PTO is great, pay is competitive

      Cons

      Extremely high turn over rates in recent years. HEAVY workload. You will do the work of two or more people. People in leadership are power hungry and clueless. They try to control people but are clueless about controlling the workload. They do not promote from within the company.
