Pros

Busy all the time, work, everyone focused on patient care and quality, good leadership that realize they are not perfect, no retribution if you bring something up that is unpopular.

Cons

So much is changing, it's a little tough to keep up with everything. I ahve to say though the senior leaders are working on it., There are news letters and emails, etc

Pros

Company offerings have good potential

Cons

Crisis driven IT Department. No planning creates a reactionary environment. Expect to work 24 hours plus without sleep. Management does not listen to subject matter experts and believes they know more about technology than the subject matter experts. Management blames others for their own lack of knowledge and harmful decisions.

Pros

Job stability. Because it's a growing company the work is there and will continue to be there. CEO seems decent enough.

Cons

Management doesn't allow for much advancement or salary increases. Environment is very micro-managed and employees don't really have a voice.
