      Pros

      Middle management works with employees to achieve career goals and even recognize potential in staff. Good pay, great benefits, awesome PTO plan. Lots of fun and friendly people there. I still kick my self for leaving.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to have disdain for anyone who is not a nurse. The glass ceiling of career advancement cuts you off at middle management positions only, even for the non-clinical positions.

      Pros

      Carecentrix is a great STARTER job. You can learn many different functions of a healthcare delivery system, whether they are right or wrong. DO NOT STAY LONG OR IT WILL ENGULF YOUR LIFE.

      Cons

      When new corporate officers are put in place a political scramble takes place to drop associates that may question judgement from upper management. (Even if the questioning was spot on) Seems unjust, but it happens frequently at Carecentrix. Carecentrix does not move fast when it comes to correcting issues that are identified, it can take years before it is addressed.
