      Working for Manager, E.B. in Tampa was by far THE worst work experience I have ever encountered.

      Pros

      Salary is above average, PTO is plentiful and work is not difficult.

      Cons

      BCBS of FL Team in Tampa has an unusual amount of turnover with their staff. Managers are rude and disrespectful and often use profanity and even threats of job security in attempt to "motivate" staff. There is very low moral between co-workers. It's sorry place to be employed. I have never worked in a less professional environment. It's a joke.

      great pay very good benefits work was not to difficult lot of room to advance the company offered alot of overtime

      Cons

      sometimes very unorganized the management changed very often at times very new company so some of the kinks need to be worked out
