Remote, Decent Pay , Few meetings that required to be on camera , Fast pace

Cons

Micromanaged by your supervisors. Threated with PIP corrective action for meeting below performance standards constant change /poor implementation /training. Poor communication. all activity is monitored /recorded. Managements concern is how much time you're in production and how many cases you completed. Production =Profit

- Fair and market comparable pay - Opportunities for career advancement and growth - Company actually listens to employee suggestions and tries to implement changes - Excellent benefit packages (health insurance, discount perks, etc.) - HR actually cares about the employees and gives career advice

Cons

- Sometimes work/life balance can be out of balance and you have to push back - Depending on your position and department, you may not have a career advancement path without going into management - Some of the systems and processes need to be updated
