- Flexibility and responsibility: I am given a job to do and left alone to get it done (but with support available if I need it). - Supportive colleagues: Everyone is incredibly helpful in helping me to learn and be successful. - Interesting work: We are constantly improving and adapting our products to meet the ever changing healthcare market.

Cons

- Not necessarily a con, but things change quickly here so you have to be ready for a fast pace!

These folks actually understand work life balance. We work hard- but there is room in your life to have one and I appreciate that greatly
