CareCentrix is a wonderful fully remote company to work for! Great benefits and flexible. Leaders are caring and invest in their employees by support and offering training and tuition reimbursement. The culture at CareCentrix is like none I've been a part of before. Employee engagement has been a large initiative that goes across all departments, not just HR.

Cons

Don't offer a Roth 401k.
