      Pros

      I loved the atmosphere for training & helping patients.

      Cons

      If Fed Ex does not send your package in time, you will be fired. Communicated with management and was still terminated after constant email and phone calls.

      Pros

      Building relationships with hospitals and patients. Many employee outreaches (games, shows etc). State of the art equipment. Coworkers are super sweet and helpful even though remote and only digital communication.

      Cons

      FL leadership is scrambling to try to prove what they are doing is effective in the hospitals. Every other week an entire new job description is rolled out with (no kidding) dozens of changes, totally negating any possibility of creating a work flow. If the job is a hybrid position, run the other way! Telephonic is OK.
