Pros

CareCentrix is a good company. The benefits are great. They seem to care for their employees and show it by remembering their birthdays and providing a lot of supplemental benefits that the partially pay for.

Cons

The Patient Advocate role is a sales role. They have an entire Matrix of numbers you have to hit in order to keep your job. Micromanagement is the name of the game. They scrutinize everything you do. You will get an email everyday about things you are doing wrong. If you do manage to hit their numbers then you will be qualified to get a monthly bonus of a whole $450.00. Given the amount of work they want you to do with an hourly rate of $17 an hour and only 2 weeks of vacation. It is just not worth what you have to put up with. If you want a sales job then just keep looking. If you want to work your butt off for very little pay and a huge amount of micromanagement then get a job here.

Thank you for providing your feedback and sharing your experience with CareCentrix. We are sorry to hear that your time with our company was not more positive and that the role did not meet your expectations. Our Patient Advocates are responsible for ensuring we help our patients get access to the necessary clinical services to help them age or heal at home. While there are service expectations for this role, this is not a sales position. We pride ourselves on offering a competitive Total Rewards package inclusive of base comp, bonus incentives and various other benefits. We will share your feedback with our leadership team to review and help drive necessary improvements. We wish you success in your future endeavors and thank you again for your comments.
