Pros

Great experience. If the employee is flexible and willing to learn new things, then advancement is a definite possibility. Benefits are great, health insurance premiums have been secured for the last few years now. Sr leaders are always looking to course correct when issues arise. Quick (first in the country really) to take this pandemic seriously.

Cons

We could use another spring holiday, but I am reaching here.

The culture is toxic. The HR team sets such a poor example. They are mean, they create fear within the business. We keep losing big accounts. Leadership should be looked at across the board.
