Pros

The few friend I met and plenty of OT

Cons

stuck at the desk 90 % of the time . leadership lacks professionalism . metrics are a nightmare .. micromanages and constant screen monitoring . Big case load and 0 home work balance .

Pros

The company encourages the employees to get involved in growing within the organization. They have work-from-home capabilities and are very flexible with shift start times on a daily basis.

Pros

Flexibility to work remotely, VOE, competitive salary with bonus structure

Cons

The Leadership and HR teams have gone down hill very quickly since losing a major client. Bad-mouthing health plans in Senior Leadership meetings is embarrassing as an organization. The HR Business Partners are immature and unwilling/able to truly help employees through periods of significant change. Career development discussions focus solely on moving upwards and there is no cross-department review to help employees see opportunities outside of their respective department.
