      Great People, Great Business

      Pros

      The people that work at CareCentrix are very conscientious and work as one big family. The benefits, pay, and PTO are great. Remote work is a huge positive. Very good for learning for experienced people in the Healthcare industry.

      Cons

      Slow growth/business scaling means limited future career path for some people.

      Worse Company Ever.

      They paid weekly which was nice.

      Cons

      The staffing department team for this company was by far the worse the experience of my life. They lack of communication and the many surprises of needing to make goal each week was impossible. Senior leadership pretends to be your friend but they couldn’t care less about you. I wouldn’t recommend this anyone.
