Pros

I'm very proud to work for a company that truly cares and invests in their employees. They provide so much support to help you grow as an employee. They offer personal support and resources to help employees and their families. CareCentrix offers a great work/life balance. The team members and leadership really live by the companies values.

Cons

Although the pay is competitive, it would be great to be better recognized for those employees that consistently go above and beyond.

Management tends to be open and helpful as much as they can.

Cons

Change is nonstop. Lots of work and not enough associates or time to complete all of it. Benefits and PTO could be better.
