my VP appreciates me and asks for my opinions to make things better I've been promoted twice since I started with this team almost 4 years ago my work is valuable and I'm reminded daily that I'm improving lives of patients and their families with each case I staff

Cons

network management isn't helpful - just tell us to call providers back even though they don't accept cases

CareCentrix cares about their employees. They listen to us and make changes to improve working conditions. They pay fairly well. They have excellent supervisors and management. They communicate well and show appreciation for their employees.

Cons

Difficult to change positions within the company or to grow.

I have been with CareCentrix coming up on 8 years. They have treated me very well and internal growth has been great. Pay is competitive and love the people I work with. 100% remote company.

Cons

Wish some departments worked better together, but I can see they're trying to make changes.
