      Pros

      It was always a pleasant experience working with most employees of XDx. The people actually cared about the technology and believed in the product and how it affected patient quality of life.

      Cons

      Discouraged transferring departments. Don't accept a job in a group thinking you can transfer once you get in. Also lack of growth opportunities.

      Valuable product that makes life better for patients. Some smart people who want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Lack of business sense helped drive the company into the ground. It's amazing it is still alive. Ruled by politics instead of what is best for the business.

      low learning and micromanagement

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Remote work is good.

      Cons

      Supervisors measure you on how much notes you can put in the system per day not necessarily the quality of work. There’s no focus on resolution, repetitive work, low learning and limited time for review and analysis. You will get absolutely no training and you have to figure it out as you go. Not to mention you will get burned out by the micromanaging.
