      Pros

      Amazing products that do a lot of good for the transplant community. You hear amazing stories of transplant patients that really ouch you. Fun coworkers, decent culture.

      Cons

      Not many processes in place lead to constant chaos. Questionable messaging from leaders (at least when I was there). Management in IC roles were not strong. A lot of micromanaging, blame being placed on others. No accountability.

      Pros

      Leaders are being brought in who know how to run a public company. Turnover is low, morale is good and opportunities are there for people who are confident, capable and able to navigate the changes. We've had a great year, and they've improved our benefits substantially 2 years in a row. My family and I appreciate that very much.

      Cons

      Change is bound to make people nervous. It's such a great time though to find opportunities to contribute.
