Great salary and Bonus. The company is very patient focused and the tests are cutting edge Technology, that truly changed patients lives. I enjoyed my time at the company

Cons

Upper management is awful, and have very little leadership skills. The CEO is leaving so hopefully this will allow them to get a better leader, and somebody from outside the company.

Cons

Lots of logistics involved that create continuous headaches. Many community based nephrologists do not believe the test is worth adopting because of all the additional logistics involved and lack of patient outcomes data
