      Pros

      Rank and file people are mostly good. Mission is righteous

      Cons

      AT some point the original founder and several officers got forced out. What was left was incompetent B people that hired even more incompetent C people. Notably the CMO as well as the COO are very political and cut throat but completely clueless. As long as they are there the company will go nowhere.

      Pros

      The rest of the employees are hardworking and have great attitudes to survive the turmoil created by the senior management.

      Cons

      Senior Management team have created a toxic working environment for the rest of the company. Lacks diversity and there are too many Chiefs at the company.

      Would recommend automation engineering to anyone, actually had a friend hired.

      There are some departments I wouldn't recommend working for. 360 reviews seem to be a must.
