Pros

Good benefits, nice people throughout the company, fun social events.

Cons

The Onboarding Process was poorly executed. No training or orientation. Poor Leadership in the department I was hired to work in. Told to keep quite if CEO asks me any questions about what I have observed as a new hire. Too many inefficiencies and money wasted. Enormous amount of inner office email exchanges used as a means to manage the business. If your role is to help improve process you will face nothing but resistance. Antiqued methods used to conduct the main pillar of the business. Coached to keep facts from the CEO.

Pros

People are very polite and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Some trial data were not posted on the corporate electronic document system, and were, instead, hidden in old emails from former workers or printed out and stored in poorly organized file folders. Statistical details were changed by the FDA and several statistical methods were used, making this a challenging set of documents to write. Consultants were not invited to meetings as much as necessary.

Fun and hardworking environment. Great benefits and pay. You can learn if you communicate you want to cross train or help in other depts.

Cons

Not much access to restaurants or shopping if needed at lunch or immediately after work. Very top heavy. Sometimes upper mgmt doesnt seem to communicate much with each other.
