My experience at CareDx was not unlike a horror show. Every day, I lived in a toxic environment under a micromanager who had much less work (and life) less experience than myself. Day in and day out I worked hard, while others took credit for my work. I immediately started looking for another place of employment, but stuck it out until I found some thing. Fortunately, I have found a much better company. Please be wary of this company.

As political and fake as it gets. Lots of money going around to the best fat cat politicians and slimy sales guys, the biggest egos. They will suck every bit of life out of you until you add yourself to the heavy turnover. Everyone else is just there to serve at their pleasure. You can build yourself into the best servant, but you're still just a servant to be kicked. Transplant patients should only trust real biopsies. Don't trust these wannabe tech companies with questionable science. It's all about their stock options.
