      Pros

      Growing organization with a sense of identity. Most of the people I interacted with were knowledgable and nice to work with.

      Cons

      At times it would feel like the company was too focused on social issues but it was not overbearing. Just a little much at times. Constant changing in leadership but honestly not more than most big companies it's size.

      Trainers are set in their ways. They get upset if you ask too many questions. The training is not organized. They want you to be on time but they start late.
