      Pros

      Great people, flexible work environment. Lots of people have been at the company for 10, 20 or even 30 years. Curently attempting to get a bit younger.

      Cons

      Pay a bit below market, and the structure for advancement is a bit hierarchical. While it is nice that many individuals have worked at the company for so long, makes it difficult to move up if you are younger.

      Pros

      Good people that care about the quality of their work. Good pay, benefits and paid time off.. Adequate opportunities for training.

      Cons

      No job security at all. There are constant rounds of layoffs. The company is continually outsourcing jobs to contract companies - many jobs are being offshored. Mid level management, especially at the director level is very bad.
