      Pros

      Pretty good health benefits; tuition reimbursement ($3500/year).

      Cons

      I worked there for over 20 years -- and I never understood the promotion process. There was a guy who became an Sr. VP...who graduated from the Computer Learning Center. But he was like a Frat Brother to others in management and got promoted. Eventually he got canned. What a shock. *** Another con: they don't pay well. *** Con: they're a sweat shop. It was nothing to work 6-7 days a week.

      Benefits are pretty good and cheap compared to other employers. You can work partially from home.

      Cons

      Work load is not distributed properly. You may end of doing the work of 2-3 people and your pay will not reflect it.
