Pros
Healthy lifestyle encouraged! Tons of healthy food choices, excercise opportunities (free classes, cost efective on-site gym, weight loos challenges, etc) Some of the managers are GREAT! Very good coaches, decisions are fair, and lots of opportunities to try new things. 401k match program is great.
Cons
Wish non-profits paid more. No even cost of living increases for a few years has many employees in a hard spot. Some love working here but are having trouble affording it when gas, rent, etc are going up fast and salaries are not.
