      - great benefits - nice cafeteria (Owings Mills location) - casual dress code - option of working from home - company trainings

      Cons

      - chaotic work schedules even though the company says they value work/life balance - unmotivated overpaid free riders - ambiguous compensation system and performance review - unclear career path - workforce outsourcing

      Pros

      Overall this is a good company to work for given that it is financially stable and among the leaders in it's respective industry/market segments. Various channels are utilized by management to communicate or distribute information to employees about the general direction of the company.

      Cons

      While some opportunities exist for advancement, training/ cross-training for these positions could be better. The company overall would be stronger if more cross-training of staff were to occur.

      - supports good quality of life balance (no long hours) - supports ongoing education - tons of course offered, from technical to 'soft skills' - embraces change and innovation ... but on a very slow roll - decent 'amenities' on site

      Cons

      - hierarchical - closed culture - slow roll for change and innovation; some portions of the company are very set in their ways - tactical, not strategic
