Great team leadership but challenges with staffing

Pros

Ability to lead me team in a way that meets their individuality. Ability to build relationships with my team. Work-Life balance/integration.

Cons

At times driving too many initiatives- when everything is a priority, nothing can be a priority. Staffing- not enough levers to pull to get adequately staffed with the right talent. Opportunities for advancement seem non-existent unless you are central to St Louis

Pros

High support from district manager and HQ. Space to make your own decisions for your own hospital. Bonus opportunities. Culture is good. They do a lot of "extra" to improve morale.

Cons

Strict guidelines on productivity scores. Have to fill in more often than not and leaves not much room for manager work during normal hours. Hard to feel caught up. Insurance is not very affordable. Compensation could be better.

Pros

Good communication with DM Able to practice medicine how our doctors want, they do not dictate how you have to practice.

Cons

At least yearly price increases make it hard to compete with other clinics in the area and online pharmacies for medications
