They promise so many things they do not always follow through. I won awards from meeting all goals. But it took over 6 months to see them. Then I had to always contact someone and they did not tell the truth. I finally received my award but the was because I annoyed them enough. They will tell you can get gift cards or bonus from things and you never receive them. They made us our prices 4-5 times with in a year. Of course our OG clients were not happy, so when we got bad reviews it reflected us PM. So then we didn't get our bonuses. PM's are under paid. We run the whole building. Lodge, Reception and hospital. I love my hospital I was at but was ran away by corporate and their actions
