      Pros

      The young and energetic employees of CareerBuilder make it a great environment. Everyone has the same winning attitude. The company encourages getting a higher level education as well as having a good work-life balance. Working at CareerBuilder your professional goals are considered and management does well with developing employees to hit and holding each accountable to hit those goals.

      Cons

      This is a sales driven company, if you're looking to move into any other department other than sales this might not be the employer to work for. On the other hand, sales is a great arena to work in as it does take customer relations and management to another level.

      My experience at CareerBuilder.com was a pleasant one, which allowed for growth and development with company support. Benefits package, tuition reimbursement were nice perks. Management is for the most part in-touch with their employees' needs and performance.

      Cons

      Salaries are slightly below average. Some of the redundancy in the role can become very monotonous. Preferential treatment occurs from time to time.
