Super impressed by the onboarding process, and the company makes you feel welcomed and valuable from day 1. A fast-paced work environment with many opportunities to step up and shine. I have worked for a lot of healthcare companies that say they are “patient focused” but Seniorlink doesn’t just talk the talk. Everyone here is invested in the work they do, and quick to share personal stories about why they love what they do. The human element is always preserved and people are genuinely proud of the work they do – it’s really impressive.
Cons
Lots of hiring within the past year or so there isn’t a fully-formed company culture yet – but definitely getting there and there are a lot of great people in the office. Some struggles with cross-department communications, but most seem aware of this and are taking steps to improve.
