Pros

Flexible schedule, VTO, and working remotely.

Cons

Benefits are a joke, leadership doesn't care about you as employee, toxic management. They seem to be moving most phone operations overseas. Layoffs are rampant there.

Pros

Work from home was the only good thing

Cons

Bad Management, favoritism, horrible systems, back to back phone calls, low pay with no room for growth. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company if you value your health.

This place is a joke. Management is clueless on what works life balance is. Also clueless on what matter to employees.
