Pros

Working from home is about the only good thing to do with this company.

Cons

Where do I start? This company is horrible. Managers play favorites, paychecks are always wrong, you will have to work every weekend, “People Services” is a complete joke, their licensing department is completely incompetent... the list goes on and on.

Pros

You get to help people all across the United States and the Sr Managers work together for the good of the employees.

Cons

No raises on an annual basis, the benefits are at the cost of the employee, and the organization is very top heavy which creates a lack of advancement. The VPs make it difficult to work there and are consistently negative thus impaction the culture of the company.
