Pros

I did not see any pros in this company. Old technology, immature leadership ( specially the director level people). I see here the CEO has approved only good reviews, means he/she do not want to accept the mistakes and learn from it.

Cons

No annual PTO, the say its flexible PTO (but actually the same number of hours you have to work in the night or Saturday), so basically no PTO. Micromanagement: they look your hours and how many extra hours you are working over the weekend. No bonuses. If they want to kick you out and you leave gracefully, you will get a good farewell, if they want to keep you and you are leaving, they look angry and even they will avoid talking to you.

None the companys lacks integrity and standards

Cons

Poor training, training staff takes personal phone calls during training class, trainer alows employees to carry on conversations about dog excrement and gewnder reassignment surgery in the virtual class room enviroment. training resources constantly fail and class is almost 50% just trying to get training programs to work. Training is poorly thought out and trainers seem out of their depth when problems arise.
