Pros

Coworkers, vision and dental benefits. Nothing else, they are the worst.

Cons

Lack of pay. Terrible benefits. The company uses and abuses people. Don’t question them- even through their “anonymous” surveys. Leadership is a joke that only cares about themselves. Anyone above department manager (and even some of them are bad) is an idiot, a joke and selfish. They love to tell you how much they care about you and that “we’re a family.”

“You work from home so you will save money on gas”. That’s the pro the company told me.

Cons

Outdated and disgusting equipment, below market pay for RNs, and their defense is “we pay more than most online competitors.” I’m sure you charge your clients above average market price for your RNs but you don’t pass that on to the employees. Hidden mandatory overtime was also explained after taking the offer. If I get off at x time, I’m done, not being forced to work an extra 30 min because you can’t keep staff.
