Pros

Free fountain drinks and coffee. Most people are nice. Facility is nice.

Cons

They start you out at $11 ph and never give raises ever. You can get a bonus if you meet certain criteria and only the top 2% ever bonus. Work in open Pods too loud. Even if promoted to trainer you still get paid the same just better bonus opportunity. No paid lunch break. No scheduled breaks people just randomly get up and walk around. Two paid 15min breaks and 1 hour unpaid lunch and taken at your leisure. This creates a longer scheduled day. Parking is Bad. Many people smoke even though it's not allowed "on campus" and when they return to the building the smell bad. You have to sit next to them and bare it. No assigned seating because people quit so often. Most people don't work here for a career. Talking to rude people all day.
