Pros

A pro about working at this company is they offer any shift. They are very flexible and will work with you when you need to have a specific schedule.

Cons

A huge con about the company is the management is not that professional. If something happens it is almost like high school and nothing gets done because all of the management are friends.

Pros

Good starting pay/ STNA classes Close to home

Cons

Horrible management Always Understaffed You clock in and out and keep your personal belongings (purse/lunchbox/coat/) in a room with fecies and trash Most ever nurse has a " holier than thou attitude" Nurses will not help you (answer call lights/god forbid wipe a butt if need be) Expect the aides to get everything done regardless of how busy or understaffed It's a gossip center and the staff doesn't truly care about the residents well being. There is a select few staff members (aides) that actually care about their job and the residents. Most staff complain about how they hate the job or is that so in so's light again! Get out of the healthcare industry people you clearly don't belong in it. This place would be a great place to work or reside if you cleaned out 90% of the stupid people who work there

Pros

its a nice facility as far as looks

Cons

they consistently under staff especially third shift. They get away with it because they consider the nurses aides. They work two aides a night and convienently have someone come in at 5.00 in the morning to help with get ups. All this does is increase the work load , from 4 get ups each to eight. The nurses dont help either. All the residents are a two assist because of their weight and inability .So if you have even three you are scrambling to get help . I wouldnt reccomend any one to work here, Micro management out the ying yang and treat their staff like crap .you also to have your personal belongings with the feces and urine ,,,coat handbag etc. The garbage room . My first night that really hit me .and knew this place wouldn't work out
