Pros

Decent pay and all the hours you could want as they could keep NO staff! The nice facility is deceiving

Cons

NEVER staffed, forced to stay until Enitire builiding was done charting, horribly unprofessional staff, allowed staff to be degraded & humiliated by other staff & residents. So badly under staffed but stna's were disciplined if they could not get done on time. The entire experience was horrible, I cried everyday on the way to work & prior to being there I had been an aide for 14 yrs. incentives were a joke, only admin won prizes. No supplies, no help and some of the worst nurses on the planet! It is very hard to use professional language when describing this facility! What is sad is that it is a new facility outside dayton and there are very few people who have been there the 3 yrs it has been open! Many times on 3rd it was 2 aides to about 60 people and you were expected to get 20 people up in an hour to two hours all while being forced to tend to incredibly outragious demands from particular residents that took up to 2 hrs (more crazy than usual demands at a facility). Probably the worst place I havd ever worked!

Pros

Some fun people to work with The elderly residents were fun They trained you, paid for training and state test

Cons

There was always some kind of drama going on. There's several nursing homes/assisted living facilities located between dayton, cincinnati, and NKY. My experience was terrible, and people I know who worked at other facilities had awful things to say about those places as well. Anyone I have spoken to who has had family members in a carespring facility all say the same thing - it LOOKS nicer than most nursing homes - but the level of care SUCKS. Probably due to poor staffing levels. I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. It might seem ok at first, but sooner or later you will see the dark side. Stay away Unless you like backstabbing management and scandals galore.
