Pros

Cargill is a large, financially secure, private agriculture company. They have very ethical business practices, take care of their employees and the communities in which they do business. There are many opportunities for growth for people who have strong work ethics and strive for excellence. Their mission is to feed the world food safe and nutritious products.

Cons

I have no major complaints.

Pros

good benefits and some good people to work with.location is in a good area.teamwork isn't the greatest but select few do have it.

Cons

management cant get their act together even though they've been in the business for over 30 years in emergency situations they don't have plans in place.
