Pros

Benefits were decent at best. Had the opportunity to meet people from various backgrounds.

Cons

Horrible work/life balance. Management constantly stresses the need to have a good work/life balance, but it isn't practiced. Management is overpaid and promoted based on who they know. Nepotism occurs in the form of positions being created for people. Do not be a self-thinker who doesn't require your supervisors input on every single decision - it will get you singled out. Ethics are questionable - if you allow your supervisors to bully their employees and try to strike fear in them, you have a serious problem. Underpaid in terms of the market, poor raises. But made to feel like you should be thanking them for the $0.25 raise, which doesn't even cover cost of living.

Pros

Great product line to be associated with. Good marketing support from the internal associates. Pays well, but you will have to work for it which is good. Great communications within the team.

Cons

Team lead will micro manage you to death. If he does not like you he will be out to get you - I'm living proof since I was the only one to obtain annual numbers and was put on a PIP program - which we all know you can not stayed employed. he got me. No severance package - thanks a lot!!

Pros

Great culture and people, room for advancement, management is dedicated to their employees and there is a great work/life balance,

Cons

I have been working 2 roles for over 2 years and have not gotten adequate pay. They are slow to move on things of this nature at times. We also have a lot of extra responsibility because we don't have enough employees on our team to handle everything. They also can be slow to make decisions that are necessary to keep up with competition.
