Pros

Very culture and family oriented at our location. The company really tries to keep up with technology and other advances. The company also implements innovative ideas, which is appreciated at specific locations. Communication between plants is often, and ideas are bounced around. The company likes to keep life-long employees around, and the company heavily values safety.

Cons

Corporate makes the decisions for locations without surveying if the costs are worth the changes . Certain policies are non-negotiable because they are set up by corporate. If lower management could do something about these policies that are not useful at certain locations, then management would. Benefits were costly for employees with T1 diabetes. Too many meetings.
