Pros

- Global network of connections, markets, job opportunities, and expertise - Overall high level of intelligence among coworkers - Decent ability to be educated and move up within the organization (internal promotion is the norm)

Cons

- Things are slow to change; if you want to move up quickly, it is hard to do here. - Most of the leaders are older (upper 40s +), and often aren't open to new ideas (although this isn't always the case)
