Cargomatic is still in a stage where you can wear many hats. You might be hired for one thing but can cross learn and train to know other areas.

Cons

With the company still growing you might be pulled in different directions having to prioritize items and multi-task.

Pros

Making the move to Cargomatic has been a great decision: best coworkers, great benefits, and lots to learn. The company is growing fast so there's a lot of change but the company really takes care of your learning and development (even orchestrating a week long bootcamp for everyone to learn more about the industry).
