There is extensive training. Off-site classroom, self paced classes, an incredible people team willing to work with you to achieve your career goals and develop you.

Cons

Not so much of a con as you get what you put in. If you don't work and expect to be rewarded then you'll struggle, but if you put in the work there is a lot of professional fulfillment. Empowering you to engage.

In a growth stage company it's easy to get lost when starting. Not at Cargomatic.... Great support from Day 1, everything from training to 1:1 strategy meeting with leadership teams.

I have nothing negative to say about this company, they have treated me right from day 1
