Pros
walking up the flight of steps necessary to reach my floor, benefits are great but not worth the cons, opportunity to get experience in medical billing field if you're lucky enough to get on a team where someone will actually train you.
Cons
the absolute worst experience or job I have ever had, mgmt or should i say lead or trainer doesnt follow the rules or take the time to train which if they really thought about it only helps them, they are not made to abide by same rules as other even though they are supposed to, the pay is not the worth the trouble or drama, 1/2 mile walk or you have to pay $6/day, un-organized, extreme drama, poor management, no talking allowed, not able to become a team or family-therefore there is not working together to become better, not a place I would ever recommend to anyone, weather policy for non clinical employees in the casb bldg is ridiculous not being able to dress down everyday when you never see public is stupid, extremely dirty and dusty to the point you stay sick going into the bldg, dust is so thick even individuals with no allergies or sickness will become sick from working in there, difficult to move forward and better yourself, not a positive atmosphere whatsoever, very disappointing if you are looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door of the medical field, pay for billing is that of an 18 yr old or someone that has zero work experience, job is really easy for a half smart person but requires accessing someones personal medical records, therefore, pay should be more. even a smart young person out of high school or college should start out making more than this, two words to sum things up would be disgusting disappointment!!
