      Pros

      Great staff, the clinic model is efficient and better for patients and staff, most management wants to see everyone excel and succeed

      Cons

      I never found performance reviews necessarily beneficial and HR is never supportive of their regular jobs or their morale building roles in employee appreciation which left it on others to have to fulfill, but then they did not give us the financial support to do so

      Pros

      I worked for Carilion for 8 years after coming out of college. They are great at training new RNs and they have competitive salaries in the area.

      Cons

      Advertised as self scheduling but at times you would be scheduled on days that you specifically asked for off.
